Trucle Chatbot is a product of Ecarter Technologies Pvt Ltd. These terms cover the website at chatbot.trooply.ai, the console, the API and the assistant. Version 2026-09-06.

Use of the website and services

You can use our website and services for personal and business purposes as long as you follow these rules. The assistant, the console and the API are provided to businesses under the plan agreed when your application is approved.

Your account

An account is created only after a person at Ecarter Technologies Pvt Ltd approves an application. You are responsible for the people you give console access to and for keeping their credentials private; changes made in the console are attributed to the person who made them. Tell us at once if you believe a credential has been exposed.

Your content and your customers' conversations

Your catalogue, your policies and your customers' conversations remain yours. We use them only to provide the service to you. Conversations are processed on infrastructure we operate and are not sent to third-party AI providers. Everything the assistant tells a customer is drawn from what you published; where nothing supports an answer it says so or hands over to a person.

Content ownership

All the content on our website, including text and images, is owned by us. You cannot copy or change it without permission. The widget and the console are licensed to you for use with your account, not sold.

No illegal activities

Do not misuse our website or services for hacking or illegal actions, to deceive customers, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to defeat the service's safeguards. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans, limits and payment

Each plan carries the limits published on the plans page; requests beyond them are refused with a clear response rather than degraded silently. Prices are in Indian rupees, billed monthly, taxes extra, and may be revised with notice.

Service changes

We may update or stop any service at any time without notice. Where we can, we will tell account holders in advance.

Agreeing to updates

We may change these terms at any time. A new version is published here with a new version number; if you keep using our website or services, you accept the new terms.
